A studio built around one floor and a full week.
Activebodyhabits opened in 2026 at CT Hub so people working and living around Kallang could train in a room that stays small, coached, and honest about progression. One floor. Fourteen slots. A plan that moves when you do.
Why Kallang, and why 2026
The studio opened in 2026 because this stretch of Kallang already has the hours we wanted to serve: early commuters, midday resets, and evening groups heading home along the Downtown Line. CT Hub gave us a lift-served floor, changing rooms, and a lobby that is easy to explain in a first-visit note.
We built around small-group strength and conditioning rather than an open gym. Eight people per slot is the size at which a coach can still see every bar. Twelve-week cycles are the length at which a squat and a row can move without pretending the work is a lifestyle brand. The site you are reading is the same year as the studio. There is no earlier chapter.
How the studio works
Small groups. A live coach on the floor for the full hour. Progression on a sheet you can read. We do not sell packs into a void and hope you remember to come. You book a slot. The slot has a cap. The cap is how the coaching stays real.
We do not run flash sales that dump extra bodies into an already full hour. If a format is full, it is full. The waitlist is the waitlist. That is slower marketing and better training. The same coaches who take the enquiry write the Ramp. That is how week one already knows the knees that walked in.
Habit coaching exists because the days between sessions decide whether the next lift is available. It is written, weekly, and optional unless you are on Hybrid. It is not a group chat.
Standards on the floor
Coaches hold current strength and conditioning credentials and first-aid training. The movement screen is mandatory before a cycle starts. If you arrive with a doctor’s note, we read it before we load a pattern. An injury on the floor stops that pattern. We have a first-aid kit and an AED on the wall, checked on a written schedule.
Equipment is wiped between groups. Platforms are kept clear so eight people can move. If a bar is unsafe, it is taken out of rotation the same hour. You will be asked to rack your own plates. You will not be asked to guess the warm-up.
We work with your doctor’s advice. We do not replace it. If a letter says no running, the engine piece moves to a bike or a rower. If a letter says no axial loading, we write a different main lift. Bring the letter to the screen.
Room, kit, hours, and access
The floor holds lifting platforms, a conditioning strip with rowers and bikes, dumbbells and kettlebells, and a mobility corner with mats. Changing rooms with showers and lockers sit off the main space. The lift from the CT Hub lobby reaches level 6. Unit #06-14 is signed on the corridor.
Weekday hours run 06:00 to 21:00. Saturday runs 07:00 to 15:00. Sunday is closed. Peak load is the 06:00 and 18:30 bands. Midday hours are the quieter rooms and a better first visit if you want more walk-through time.
The lift, showers, and lockers are part of the ordinary visit. If you need extra time before the brief, say so when you book. We will put you in an hour that can absorb it.
How we work with your doctor's advice
Bring written advice to the screen. We will set the cycle around it. We do not interpret scans. We do not increase range a clinician has asked you to avoid. If the advice changes mid-cycle, we rewrite the remaining weeks. That conversation belongs in the review, not in a rushed aside during a finisher.
Training carries risk. If you have a medical condition or injury, check with your doctor before starting a programme.
This website is hosted on shared infrastructure in Singapore.
Come and see the floor in a live hour.
A trial sits inside a real slot. You will know within a week whether the room fits.
