How we handle the details you send.
This notice explains what Activebodyhabits collects through the website, why we ask for it, how long we keep it, and how you can ask about it. It is written for people using activebodyhabits.pro from Singapore or elsewhere.
Who we are
Activebodyhabits is a training studio at 2 Kallang Avenue, #06-14, CT Hub, Singapore 339407. Email [email protected] or call +65 6904 3178. This website is hosted on shared infrastructure in Singapore.
What the enquiry form collects
The form on the home page and the contact page asks for your name, email address, phone number if you choose to give one, a training goal, a preferred time, and a message. A consent box records that you agree to be contacted about booking a session. A hidden timestamp helps us reject automated submissions that fire too quickly or too late. A hidden unused field is there to catch bots.
We use those details only to arrange a trial or to answer the question you asked. We do not sell the list. We do not publish enquiries. The form handler does not send the message on by email from the web server and does not write the contents to a public file or database on this site. A member of the studio reads valid submissions in the ordinary course of booking. If a submission is rejected as incomplete or automated, it is discarded.
How long we keep enquiry notes
If we open a booking thread with you, we keep the contact details and the cycle notes for as long as you train with us and for up to twelve months after the last session, so we can restart a plan without repeating the whole screen. If we never book a session, we keep the enquiry for up to ninety days and then delete it. You can ask us to delete sooner.
Hosting logs and the cookie choice
The server that hosts this site keeps ordinary technical logs: IP address, time, requested page, and browser type. Those logs are used to keep the site running and to investigate abuse. They are rotated by the host on its normal schedule.
If you press Accept or Decline on the cookie notice, we store that choice in localStorage in your browser under the name abh_cookie. That is so the bar does not appear on every page load. Details of that choice are on the cookie notice.
Your requests
You can ask what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them, by writing to [email protected] from the address you used on the form. We will reply within one working week. We may need to confirm it is you before we change or delete a record.
This notice does not create extra rights beyond those that already apply in Singapore. It is here so you know what the website actually does.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the page and the 2026 date line. Continued use of the site after a change means the new text applies to later visits. For questions, use the same email as above.
